Cancellation Policy

Tours run rain or shine! We do not issue refunds for tour tickets other than group tours. However, your tour date may be rescheduled with 24 hour advance notice.

Tours leave promptly at 7:00 (2:00pm for Sunday Matinee Tours, 8:00pm for the 10/27 Haunted Harbor Cruise ), and no refunds will be issued to people who are late and miss the tour. Please give yourself plenty of time to get to the tour and find parking!
